Description :

Ancient Destiny I - SHIP - is a science fiction novel with a new twist.  Novel makes a strong statement for women's liberation in that the women in this series are the real movers and shakers.  There are good arguments for women to outnumber men in the establishment of colonies on new planets,  Mormons had the idea although I am not a Mormon.  The time is now or is it next year.  During Earth's last ice age, Mars became uninhabitable. The Martians came here and established Atlantis.  Then 20,000 years ago they once again went into space to avoid the destruction of Atlantis.  However, this time they were leaving the solar system and could only take a few.

Ancient Destiny II - Escape from Earth - The captain of SHIP fills out his crew of six women experts to help him develop Earth's spaceships, explore space for suitable colony planets, train colonists, and help establish colonies on new planets.  Says women in space are superior to men, but men are still needed.  This novel includes everything you need to know about exploring for and colonizing new planets.  Hang on for some new scientific theory that should work, but not mainstream yet.  No, there is no terraforming, no magic, you gotta do it the hard way, exploration and work with some major scientific advances.

Ancient Destiny III - Generations is the third novel of this series.  Scientific issues in building sustainable colonies.  A couple of the women in the SHIP's crew want to stay on a planet and settle down.  This means Craig has to replace crewmembers.  What technology is now needed.  A trip back to Earth leads to an attack on SHIP by a mysterious enemy ship.  This means that the colonies must now develop defenses against an unknown enemy that might track down the colonies.  This, in turn, requires more scientific thinking, advances, and building a new industry to produce defenses.  How do you take out an enemy planet if you can find it?  First contact with the Galactic Alliance.  Mars did not build SHIP, who did.

Volume 4 is in progress.  Part I is survival on Earth during and shortly after the disaster.  This is as factual as possible and not science fiction.  Part II continues the story.  Part III will unite the survivors on Earth with those that colonized new planets.
